  7. Taburi dengan sedikit tepung agar tidak lengket dan ratakan adonan setebal 3.3mm lagi lalu lipat-lipat agar mudah untuk di potong-potong. Potong-potong adonan seukuran 1/8 inci.
  8. Panaskan air dalam panci tambahkan 1 sdt garam dan 1 sdm minyak, masukkan Mie dan rebus selama 15 menit.
  9. Angkat Mie dari panci lalu rendam dalam air es untuk menghilangkan kelebihan pati dan mencegah lengket, lalu tiriskan.
  10. Taruh Mie dalam mangkok atau piring, tuangkan olahan sayuran dengan pasta kacang hitam, hiasi dengan irisan mentimun dan sajikan.
