- Buat dulu base cake nya....cairkan DCc dengan minyak goreng....dinginkan.....
- Mixer telur..gula pasir..SP..hingga putih berjejak.....
- Masukan coklat bubuk..mixer dengan kcepatan rendah.....kemudian tuang coklat leleh dan SKM aduk balik menggunakn spatula....
- Tuang dalam.loyang yang sudah dioles margarin...kemudian kukus selama 30 menit /hingga matang....kemudian dinginkan....
- Bentuk sedemikian rupa brownies sesuai keinginan....rekatkan dan oles seluruh permukaan brownies dengan DCC leleh...kmudian simpan dikulkas agar set....
- Sambil menunggu brownies set...buat jelly osean nya....masak semua bahan hingga mendidih....matikan api....kemudian angin2kan...hingga suhu ruang....agar hiasan dasar laut yang terbuat dari WCC tidak meleleh.....
- Pasang loyang bongkar pasangnya...tata hiasan dasar lautnya....maaf lupa ga kefoto....saya buat dari WCC yg dicairkan..beri pewarna sesuai selera..kemudian saya cetak...dinginkan....lalu tuang jelly secara perlahan ke dalam loyang....biarkan hingga dingin dan mengeras....
- Beri pewarna hijau remahan biskuitnya....kemudian tempelkan pada bagian pulaunya yang sebelumnya dioles DCC/selai coklat....pasir putihnya juga dari remahan biskuit tanpa pewarna....untuk ombaknya beri olesan dari WCC leleh.....
